Responsibilities include greeting guests, offering product advice, processing transactions, and maintaining store standards. A high school diploma and 6 months of customer-facing experience are required; availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 6 months of POS/cash handling experience.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven setting.
• Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Offer personalized product advice and upsell when appropriate.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures.
• Process transactions accurately and check IDs.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Support inventory tasks and fulfill online orders as needed.
• Promote loyalty programs to boost guest engagement.
