Responsibilities include stocking, inventory support, and promoting rewards programs. The role requires a high school diploma, 6+ months in sales, and flexibility for evenings and weekends in a fast-paced, compliant retail setting.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to thrive independently and in a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Build strong connections with customers and offer personalized product advice.
• Address concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Encourage loyalty by signing guests up for rewards programs.
• Work with the team to maintain a respectful, upbeat store atmosphere.
• Open and close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures and regulations.
• Check IDs, update customer profiles, and process transactions accurately.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized from sales floor to backroom.
• Support inventory tasks like restocking and fulfilling online orders.
• Aim to meet and beat daily sales goals by upselling and using product knowledge.
