Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate at our Phoenix location. You will be the face of the brand, helping guests explore our cannabis products and delivering top-tier service with every interaction.

You’ll create a welcoming, informative, and engaging experience while assisting guests in finding the right products. A High School diploma and at least 6 months in sales or customer-facing roles are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Provide personalized product advice and upsell where appropriate.
• Handle transactions accurately at the register and process payments.
• Encourage guest loyalty by signing up for rewards programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and support inventory tasks.
