Job summary

Curaleaf Sedona is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering cannabis product education and exceptional service.

This full-time role requires open availability including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will greet guests, handle transactions, upsell, sign guests up for rewards, and maintain a welcoming, compliant store environment. A high school diploma and POS experience are expected, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Ability to handle cash and use POS systems accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner to create an exceptional experience.
• Build connections, ask questions, and offer personalized product advice.
• Process transactions, upsell, and sign guests up for rewards programs.
