Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Sedona, AZ to represent our brand and provide top-tier service as the face of Curaleaf's cannabis products. You will help guests explore products, upsell thoughtfully, and maintain a welcoming, compliant retail environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role, and POS/cash handling experience. Weekend availability is strongly preferred in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
