Fine Fettle is seeking a Dispensary Agent in Norwalk, CT to support both front-of-house and back-of-house cannabis retail operations. You will engage customers, educate on products, and handle sales at the point of sale while also assisting with inventory, labeling, and fulfillment.

The role requires reliability, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and strong interpersonal and service skills. Prior cannabis knowledge is a plus, with opportunities for growth at a multi-state retailer.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older per regulator requirements.
• High school diploma required.
• Retail experience preferred and helpful in fast-paced settings.
• Bilingual or Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to pass state licensing and background checks.
