Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-functional retail management with direct supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching abilities, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory systems, and financial reporting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and be at least 21.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and associates to exceed operational and financial goals.
• Oversee scheduling, cash and inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
• Champion a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and coach Assistant GMs, preparing them for future leadership roles.
• Collaborate with corporate and cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, consistency, and excellence in every facet of operations.
