Job summary

TerrAscend's Lancaster, PA dispensary is seeking a Floor Supervisor to deliver compassionate, professional customer service to patients and caregivers. You will assist with cannabis recommendations, product selection, dosing, and administration while acting as a Leader on Duty and coaching the team.

You’ll balance opening/closing tasks, staff training on POS and ecommerce, and handling difficult questions. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and

Qualifications

• Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission
• At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred
• Cannabis experience a plus
• Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• At least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations and product selection.
• Lead staff as Leader on Duty (LOD) and manage store opening and staffing.
• Train new employees on POS system and Ecommerce platform.
• Provide high-quality customer service while ensuring compliance and safety.
• Demonstrate strong situational awareness in a diverse team.
