The role requires leadership, strong team coordination, inventory familiarity, and hands-on training of staff; you will partner with management to open/close, manage POS, and safeguard product and vault controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills and in-depth product knowledge.
• Familiarity with state and local cannabis laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of products and train team on product knowledge.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate actions to management.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new staff in partnership with management.
• Open and closing procedures and daily store operations.
• Ensure adherence with security measures and safety compliance.
• Maintain organized and clean store and vault accuracy.
