Job summary

Mint Cannabis is seeking a Retail Lead in Roseville, MI to guide daily dispensary operations, coach staff, and ensure friendly, compliant customer service on the sales floor.

You will open and close the store, supervise Budtenders, verify displays, and deliver accurate POS transactions while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

This role requires at least 1 year in cannabis retail and a willingness to work weekends and Holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or cannabis retail experience.
• 1+ year of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
• Working knowledge of cannabis products and POS systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store per policy.
• Oversee daily dispensary floor operations and support staff.
• Guide patients through product selection with exceptional service.
• Mentor and train Budtenders, delegate tasks as needed.
• Maintain clean, properly labeled, rotated and stocked displays.
• Handle customer concerns, de-escalate, and support team performance.
• Operate POS systems accurately and assist with cash reconciliation.
• Maintain a compliant, professional retail environment.
• Support management with team communication, scheduling, and feedback.
