Mint Cannabis Co. is seeking a Store Manager in Michigan to drive sales and create an exceptional guest experience. You will lead up to 25+ team members, coordinate with area leadership, and ensure inventory control and product knowledge across cannabis categories.

The role focuses on upsell tactics, data-driven decision making, and staff development in a fast-paced retail environment with strict Michigan compliance requirements. Strong leadership and sales background preferred.

Formación

• 1–2 years in the cannabis industry.
• Leadership experience with large teams; cannabis leadership a plus.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ and pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Leadership responsibilities: Training, developing, and aligning up to 25+ Team members.
• Sales expertise: improve sales month over month; collaborate with marketing and procurement to promote sales and revenue.
• Inventory control: reduce shrinkage, manage aging inventory, par levels, and sell‑through.
• Compliance: understand Michigan compliance requirements to pass state inspections and reduce deficiencies.
