• Experience in sales preferred.

• Leadership Responsibilities: Training, developing, and aligning up to 25+ Team members.
• Sales Expertise: Improve sales month over month, collaborate with marketing and procurement to promote sales and revenue.
• Inventory Control: Reduce shrinkage, manage aging inventory, par levels and sell-throughs.
