Job summary

TerrAscend in Maplewood, NJ is seeking a full-time Floor Supervisor to deliver compassionate, professional customer service to patients and customers, guide cannabis recommendations, and ensure compliance with policies.

You’ll open/close, manage floor operations, supervise staff, maintain product knowledge, and support leadership with seed-to-sale systems and POS; nights, weekends, and some holidays required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service or retail experience.
• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Cannabis experience is a plus.
• Must be flexible for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and customers with cannabis recommendations and product selection.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure compliance with state guidelines.
• Provide outstanding customer service and protect patient confidentiality.
• Open and close procedures; lead on-duty floor zoning and hourly tracking.
• Lead staff under supervision and coordinate with BOH/Leadership.
• Operate seed-to-sale tracking, POS, and Ecomm platforms.
• Complete required training program and ongoing weekly/monthly trainings.
