Job summary

TerrAscend is seeking a Retail Inventory Specialist for its New Jersey operations to manage back-of-house inventory, vault organization, and dual-license balance between Medical and Adult Use storefronts. You will partner with Finance, Procurement, and Purchasing Coordinators to keep the ERP and state tracking aligned.

Ideal candidates have strong audits and month-end reporting experience, advanced Excel skills, and a proven track record in inventory management within fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Experience with audits and month-ending reporting processes.
• Strong inventory management background.
• Proficient with Metrc and Sweed platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute inventory counts in the dispensary with operations supervisor.
• Maintain menu balancing across dual license environments (Medical & AU).
• Research and correct discrepancies in Metrc and other systems.
• Analyze product levels and report root causes for process improvements.
• Prepare monthly Systems vs. Physical Count Reports for management.
• Monitor inventory receiving for accuracy and documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance and Procurement to align ERP and tracking programs.
• Participate in end-of-month inventory and cycle counts.
• Identify process improvements to increase inventory throughput.
• Ensure compliance with state CRC regulations for inventory control.
