Job summary

Cresco Labs, Sunnyside Retail, is seeking a Dispensary Supervisor to guide daily store operations in accordance with state law and company standards. You will direct staff workflow and lead opening/closing procedures, handling customer escalations and acting as an ambassador of our mission to normalize and professionalize cannabis.

The role emphasizes leading hourly teams, inventory control, compliance, coaching, and delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience in customer service.
• 1+ year experience leading or mentoring a team; cannabis experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly perform store opening and closing procedures (register prep, inventory, reporting).
• Facilitate training and onboarding of Lead Wellness Advisors and Wellness Advisors.
• Respond to employee questions, concerns or suggestions; communicate resource needs to management.
• Provide real-time coaching and document employee relations issues.
• Direct workflow by creating rosters, break sheets, and delegating daily tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state/local laws.
• Manage escalated customer concerns and complex product questions.
• Investigate cash, POS or product discrepancies and escalate appropriately.
• Troubleshoot POS system issues; verify inventory and cash deposits.
• Maintain inventory of marketing assets; ensure a clean and safe environment.
