Lazy River Products is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide friendly, compliant assistance in our Massachusetts cannabis retail environment. You will guide guests through their shopping experience, educate them on products and dosing, and process sales with accuracy.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, adherence to CCC/state laws, and teamwork with Retail Leadership. Applicants should have retail experience, a HS diploma, and a passion for helping diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail or customer service.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College degree preferred.
• Massachusetts adult-use cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Dutchie or Seed-to-Sale POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selection.
• Verify customer photo IDs.
• Upsell products and educate on strains.
• Process payments via Dutchie POS.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and store.
• Own opening/closing procedures and support leadership.
• Report customer complaints promptly.
