Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; POS software and cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
• Educate customers on brand, products, and regulatory compliance.
• Process transactions accurately using a computerized system.
• Meet sales goals by following sales standards.
• Fulfill orders and restock as needed.
• Follow state regulations and SOPs; maintain clean, safe work area.
• Authorize facility access by checking IDs and providing escorts.
• Support flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report injuries or hazards.
• Work cooperatively to encourage teamwork.
