You'll gain hands-on training, work as part of a team, and contribute to a compliant store operation. The role emphasizes excellent service, cash handling, stock support, and readiness to obtain required state credentials.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old and high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable handling cash transactions and using POS systems.
• Able to obtain state Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card after hire.
• Cannabis industry experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
• Help customers navigate products and answer questions about cannabis options.
• Provide recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Process purchases using the point-of-sale system and handle payments accurately.
• Prepare and package orders for customers.
• Assist in multiple areas of the dispensary including reception, sales floor, and order fulfillment.
• Receive, organize, and stock inventory deliveries; maintain clean spaces.
• Follow all company policies and state cannabis regulations; work with teammates to keep operations smooth.
