4Front Ventures is hiring a Retail Associate for Mission Dispensaries. You will welcome guests, guide product choices, and ensure a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting.

You will process transactions, manage cash, and help with stocking and store operations. A friendly attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn about cannabis products are required. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old and high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred; ability to handle cash.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and obtain a state dispensing ID after hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, create a welcoming atmosphere, and assist customers with cannabis options.
• Process purchases using the POS system and handle cash/electronic payments.
• Assist in reception, sales floor, and order fulfillment; stock inventory as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to maintain smooth operations.
