4Front Ventures Corp. in Georgetown, MA is hiring for an entry-level Retail Associate at Mission Dispensaries. You will greet guests, help customers navigate cannabis products, and process purchases with accuracy in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

You'll gain hands-on training, work as part of a team, and contribute to a compliant store operation. The role emphasizes excellent service, cash handling, stock support, and readiness to obtain required state credentials.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old and high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable handling cash transactions and using POS systems.
• Able to obtain state Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card after hire.
• Cannabis industry experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere

• Process purchases using the point-of-sale system
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately
• Prepare and package orders for customers

Store Operations

• Assist in multiple areas of the dispensary including reception, sales floor, and order fulfillment
• Help receive, organize, and stock inventory deliveries
• Maintain clean, organized retail and storage spaces
• Follow all company policies and state cannabis regulations
• Work closely with your teammates and leadership to keep operations running smoothly
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed during busy periods

Qualifications

This is an active retail role that involves standing for extended periods, moving product throughout the store, and assisting customers throughout the day. Team members may occasionally use ladders or lift inventory as part of daily operations.
