Job summary

JARS Cannabis is seeking a highly motivated Retail Representative to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. You will work closely with store leadership and report to the General Manager, applying product knowledge and promotions to meet customer needs.

Successful candidates will complete mandatory training through JARS University, both virtually and in-person, to learn policies, procedures, and company culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service in retail, sales, or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and provide product knowledge to close sales.
• Upsell products and promotions using suggestive selling strategies.
• Assist with inventory tasks and store operations as needed.
• Follow attendance policy and work scheduled shifts, including nights/weekends.
• Maintain a neat and organized sales floor and adhere to CRA rules and policies.
• Escalate issues to management when needed and provide excellent customer care.
