The role emphasizes people management, performance coaching, and adherence to state regulations, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and driving store performance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in retail management or comparable experience with teams of 5+ employees; Cannabis experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and conflict management skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, and inspire employees to achieve individual and team goals with regular feedback.
• Assist HR and leadership in managing employee relations and staffing.
• Create and communicate effective weekly labor schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of dispensary activities including sales, cash reconciliations, and compliance.
