Jushi Holdings Inc. in Hamburg, PA (Retail Sales) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations at the retail level, including staffing, training, scheduling, inventory management and compliance.

You will interact with patients, drive a positive team culture, ensure accurate cash handling, and partner with the Store Manager and Regional Manager to meet company standards and patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including POS and credit card processing.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high-volume cash and effective teamwork.
