Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in Oxford, Ohio seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily cannabis retail operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, and compliance, reporting to the Dispensary Store Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, cash handling, and knowledge of cannabis products. Onsite work with a focus on creating a positive patient experience and maintaining regulatory adherence in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in any field preferred
• Experience or study emphasis in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality

Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive cannabis knowledge and product forms
• Present a professional image in appearance, actions, and words
• Ensure accuracy with all cash handling
• Abide by city and state regulations at all times
• Maintain inventory levels and complete end-of-month counts
• Receive deliveries, build purchase orders, and vendor relations
• Assist with Store Scheduling
• Train staff and build bench depth to support company initiatives
• Lead by example and motivate the team through coaching and reviews
• Follow policies and procedures for customer service, staff management, and safety
