Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Pottsville, PA location. You will lead day-to-day cannabis retail operations, supervise staff, manage scheduling, cash handling, and inventory control while ensuring regulatory compliance and a high-quality patient experience.

Responsibilities include vendor relations, training, merchandising, and maintaining store standards. You will report to the Dispensary Store Manager and support regional leadership with store initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years in dispensary, retail, or customer service roles are preferred.
• Strong computer skills including POS, Excel and credit card terminals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cash-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, staffing, scheduling, buying, and compliance.
• Maintain inventory levels, perform audits, and manage end-of-month counts.
• Develop vendor relationships and process deliveries and purchase orders.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance reviews to uphold culture.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and provide excellent patient service.
• Create engaging product displays and support marketing initiatives.
