Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Pottsville, PA location. The role leads daily retail operations, staffing, training, scheduling, purchasing, merchandising, and cash/inventory control while ensuring compliance and a positive patient experience.

Reports to the Dispensary Store Manager and partners with regional leadership. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in dispensary, retail, or hospitality, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in any field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling is expected.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations at the store level.
• Staffing, training, scheduling, and performance coaching.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with city/state regulations and company policies.
• Develop vendor relationships and assist with store procurement.
• Support store manager with scheduling and operations optimization.
• Deliver excellent patient/customer experience and handle concerns professionally.
• Lead by example to drive sales and brand standards.
