Jushi Holdings Inc. in Hamburg, PA is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Retail Sales team. The role partners with the Dispensary Manager to lead staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain inventory control in a fast-paced, on-site dispensary.

The ideal candidate has strong cash-handling skills, product knowledge, and the ability to educate patients on cannabis products and methods. Flexible scheduling is required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• College degree in any field preferred (Associate/Bachelor’s).
• Experience or studies in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management or hospitality is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Strong computer and POS skills, including familiarity with web browsers and payment processing.
• Comfort with cash handling and accurate math.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.

• Follow policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products, strains, and industry trends; train others on knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Store Manager on stock movements.
• Assist patient consultations to help clients choose products.
• Receive deliveries, record manifests, and map shipments in MJ Freeway.
• Delegate tasks during shifts and ensure proper cash handling.
• Verify paperwork, IDs, and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Communicate with management and team; report issues promptly.
• Prepare end-of-day updates and handle opening/closing duties.
