Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in Linwood, PA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to partner with the Dispensary Manager and lead a team. You will oversee receiving deliveries, input inventory data, restock product on the floor, and ensure FIFO order.

The role requires mentoring, positive leadership, and adherence to compliance and safety standards. Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, cash handling, training Patient Care Specialists, and facilitating smooth retail operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience or study in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality.
• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including POS systems and credit card processing terminals.
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, math, language, and reasoning skills.
• Comfort with basic math and high-volume cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Follow established policies for sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and strains and train others.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the Store Manager.
• Assist patients in consultations to help select appropriate products.
• Receive deliveries, verify manifests, and map deliveries in MJ Freeway.
• Delegate tasks during shifts and ensure proper paperwork and ID verification.
• Ensure security measures and safety compliance.
• Keep store organized and clean, supporting smooth operations.
• Communicate with management and coworkers and report issues.
• Prepare end-of-day updates and assist with opening/closing duties.
