Job summary

TRP is seeking an Assistant Manager in Chicago to recruit, develop and lead the budtender team in partnership with the General Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring outstanding customer experience, training, inventory management and adherence to SOPs.

You will drive loyalty programs, monitor KPIs, collaborate on store optics, and mentor staff to achieve sales goals. This part-time role requires passion for cannabis and strong retail tech and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute TRP world class customer experience.
• Provide a friendly and warm welcome to all customers.
• Drive repeat business through loyalty programs and local networking.
• Partner with GM to set hiring standards and lead store team.
• Implement training modules, assessments and content tracking.
• Monitor KPI's and customer experience to improve results.
• Plan succession and bench strength with GM.
• Set and review sales KPI goals and link product to metrics.
• Lead Visual Presentation, floor sets and merchandising.
• Ensure SOPs, safety and security policies are followed.
