Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks an Assistant General Manager for the RISE Dispensary in Minnesota. This role supports the General Manager in leading customer experience, inventory operations, and team development, with a fast-track path to General Manager.

The position emphasizes managing operations, coaching a diverse team, and delivering consistent, compliant in-store and omni-channel experiences across drive-thru, curbside, and delivery. Cannabis industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least three years of managing teams in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations.
• Motivate team members to execute programs, promotions, and in-store initiatives effectively.
• Oversee inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash management and daily reconciliation; manage expenses aligned with store budgets.
