Green Thumb Industries is seeking a General Manager for the RISE Dispensary in Minnesota. Lead a diverse team, oversee customer journeys, inventory, safety and compliance, and foster a high-performance culture.

Champion community outreach and operational excellence across store, drive-thru, curbside and delivery experiences. You will coach leaders, oversee scheduling, optimize loyalty goals, and ensure a seamless omni-channel experience while maintaining a strong commitment to regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory/managerial retail role, with POS operations.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direction and oversight of all dispensary operations.
• Drive revenue and profit through programs and promotions.
• Oversee inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash handling and daily reconciliation.
