Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a Regional Activation Manager to drive cannabis brand initiatives on the ground across markets. You will coordinate local and regional campaigns, partner with retail teams, and support both consumer-packaged goods and retail accounts, ensuring timely, compliant activation aligned with GTI standards.

The role requires nights and weekend availability, strong relationship skills, and the ability to travel up to 30% for events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales, brand marketing or field marketing at a retail organization, consumer products company, preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, brand marketing, or field marketing within cannabis retail activation is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Local coordination and execution of centrally and regionally led marketing programs in market, including events, sponsorships, in-store activations, and wholesale programs.
• Ensure promotions and product/strain launches are fully executed at store level with displays, signage, and education.
• Maintain regional budget and timely expense recording.
• Support regional marketing with account trainings and trade events.
• Create and produce branded marketing materials and event collateral using Cricut tools.
• Provide recaps to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Travel for events and meetings in- and out-of-market up to 30%.
