The Regional Activation Manager will report to the Manager, Regional Marketing . This role is expected to provid e day-to-day tactical m arketing support and serve as the “feet on the street” t o drive revenue and growth in the ir respective market. The Regional Activation Manager will coordinate and execute regionally and nationally led marketing programs, initiatives , and events for both sides of the business, consumer packaged goods and retail , for both RISE and external dispensar y accounts , all while maintaining a RISE-first concept . The overall goal of this position is to bring brands to life and support retail initiatives through the tactical ownership of various marketing initiatives . Th is role requires a candidate who is excellent at relationship-building and collaborat ing , resourceful and has a passion for the cannabis industry .
The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
Green Thumb Pay Range
$60,000 - $75,000 USD
