Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Production Tech to transform raw cannabis flower into our medicated product line. You will handle production, packaging, inventory and compliance duties daily in our facility under management guidance.

You will contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency while adhering to state regulations and company SOPs. This role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and a proactive approach to optimal manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED; some college preferred.
• Must be able to work in a team and independently with motivation.
• Adaptability to changes in policy and procedure.
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on production goals with safety and quality focus.
• Produce per recipes and SOPs with high quality standards.
• Package product with proper labeling to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Follow laboratory and processing procedures and maintain documentation.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and practice good housekeeping.
• Operate Windows-based systems and basic organizational tools.
• Use independent judgment regarding product processing while upholding quality.
