Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience in manufacturing, food processing, warehousing, or inventory.
• Able to work well in a group and independently; self-motivated and initiative.
• Able to adapt quickly to policy, procedure and technique changes.

Responsibilities

• Produce, package and handle products following recipes and SOPs with high quality.
• Ensure proper labeling and containers meet state regulations.
• Adhere to safety, health and quality control standards throughout manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow traceability procedures electronically.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow housekeeping practices.
• Operate Windows-based systems and other basic software as needed.
