Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Production Tech to turn raw cannabis flower into a line of medicated products. You will produce, package, and handle products, manage inventory, and ensure safety and compliance in a team-driven facility.

The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, state regulations, and quality control while maintaining an organized, efficient workflow. Candidates should be at least 21, with valid ID, and able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years manufacturing, food processing, warehousing, or inventory experience preferred.
• Able to work both in a group and independently; self-motivated and proactive.
• Must adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure, and technique.
• Maintain personal hygiene and follow GTI health guidelines.
• Good listening and communication with diverse audiences.
• Capable of performing monotonous tasks efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Follow basic instructions and accept constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on production goals with focus on safety and quality.
• Produce products per recipes and SOPs with high quality.
• Package products with proper labeling for state compliance.
• Follow processing standards and laboratory protocols.
