Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is hiring a Production Tech in Centreville, MD to transform raw cannabis flower into our medicated products. You will produce, package, and handle products with a strong emphasis on safety and quality in a team-oriented facility.

Under supervision, you will maintain compliance with state regulations, perform inventory duties, document methods, and use Windows-based software to update traceability records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing, warehousing, or inventory is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and independently; self-motivated.
• Adapt quickly to policy, procedure and technique changes.
• Maintain personal hygiene and follow health guidelines.
• Strong listening and communication with diverse audiences.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Follow basic instructions and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on production goals with safety and quality.
• Produce per recipes and SOPs with high quality.
• Package products with proper labeling to comply with regulations.
• Follow processing procedures and laboratory protocols.
• Ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
• Maintain quality control throughout the process.
• Document manufacturing methods and keep records current.
• Record packaged products in the state traceability system.
• Manage time to meet goals while maintaining quality.
• Keep a clean and organized work area; support team.
• Demonstrate basic organizational and Windows skills.
• Apply independent judgment with quality and goals in mind.
