Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) in Minnesota is seeking a Production Tech to participate in turning raw cannabis flower into our line of medicated products. You will produce, package, and handle products while upholding strict safety and quality standards in a compliant facility.

You will follow recipes and SOPs, manage labeling and packaging for regulatory compliance, and support inventory and documentation efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing, food processing, warehousing, or inventory experience is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a group and independently; demonstrates self-motivation and initiative.
• Must adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure, and technique.
• Maintain personal hygiene and follow health guidelines.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on production goals, with focus on safety and quality.
• Produce product per recipes and SOPs, maintaining high quality standards.
• Package product with proper labeling to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with local and state regulations and internal procedures.
• Maintain quality control methods throughout the process.
• Document manufacturing methods and keep records up to date.
• Operate and monitor equipment, and use Windows-based software as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet goals while producing consistent quality.
