Job summary

Glass House Farms is seeking a Post-Harvest Planning & Scheduling professional to coordinate and optimize workflows across drying, bucking, pre-trim, and trimming stages. You will balance labor and space, adjust schedules in real time, and ensure production plans align with cultivation and sales forecasts.

This role emphasizes regulatory compliance, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in production planning or supply chain roles, strong IT skills

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in production planning, operations coordination, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of post-harvest cannabis processes including drying, bucking, and trimming.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, production planning tools, and ERP (SAP) systems.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed post-harvest production schedules for drying, bucking, pre-trim, and final trimming operations.
• Coordinate harvest intake plans with cultivation teams to ensure smooth transitions into post-harvest.
• Balance labor, equipment, and space capacity across all post-harvest stages to avoid bottlenecks.
• Adjust schedules in real time based on harvest volume, product prioritization, and operational constraints.
• Collaborate with post-harvest supervisors to execute daily and weekly production plans.
• Ensure proper sequencing of drying rooms, bucking lines, pre-trim workflows, and final trim output.
• Track WIP inventory across all post-harvest phases and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain production data in seed-to-sale and internal planning systems; monitor KPIs.
