Job summary

Glass House Farms is seeking a Post-Harvest Planning Coordinator to coordinate, schedule, and optimize post-harvest workflows through drying, bucking, pre-trim, and final trimming. This role drives yield quality and production targets while ensuring compliance with state and local cannabis regulations, and collaborates with Cultivation, Post-Harvest, Manufacturing and Sales forecasting teams.

Strong planning and ERP/SAP skills, plus 2–4 years in production planning or supply chain roles are

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in production planning or supply chain roles.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and ERP (SAP) systems.
• Experience in post-harvest cannabis processes.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain post-harvest production schedules for drying, bucking, pre-trim, and trimming.
• Coordinate harvest intake plans with cultivation teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Balance labor, equipment, and space capacity to avoid bottlenecks.
• Adjust schedules in real time based on harvest volume and constraints.
• Collaborate with post-harvest supervisors to execute daily and weekly plans.
• Track WIP inventory across post-harvest phases.
• Support continuous improvement to increase throughput and reduce waste.
