Green Thumb Industries in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee cannabis manufacturing operations on the plant floor. You will ensure product quality and inventory integrity while leading a hands-on team of production employees.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production with at least 2 years in supervision, strong leadership, communication, and a focus on continuous improvement and safety. The role requires adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a production environment with 2+ years in supervision.
• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on the plant floor and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead production employees, motivate through example and interpersonal skills.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities.
• Set and improve departmental policies, goals and objectives.
• Communicate expectations, monitor results and provide appraisals.
• Develop and coach staff, plan and direct work, address issues.
• Create and manage training schedules emphasizing productivity.
• Monitor output for compliance with specifications and safety.
• Identify efficiency improvements and implement corrective actions.
