Job summary

iAnthus Capital is seeking a Production Supervisor at our Cumberland, MD facility. You will oversee daily production operations, ensure quality and safety compliance, and lead a team to deliver high-quality cannabis products.

You will develop schedules, manage inventory, and coordinate with other departments to align production with demand. Strong leadership and knowledge of cannabis regulations are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules and procedures.
• Enforce sanitation, safety, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor materials and supplies to prevent shortages or excess.
• Maintain and calibrate production equipment for optimal use.
• Provide backup support to the Production Manager.
• Lead and co-manage production team including hiring, scheduling, and performance.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Foster a culture of compliance, productivity, and teamwork.
• Promote SOPs, policies, and day-to-day questions as a go-to resource.
