Job summary

iAnthus Capital Management is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily cannabis production operations, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive efficiency across departments. You will supervise the production team, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

The role emphasizes process optimization, inventory management, and strong communication with cross-functional teams to support high-quality product availability and cost containment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in production, manufacturing, or cultivation environment.
• Strong working knowledge of cannabis regulations.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Clear and professional communication style.
• Green Flower and/or Ganjier Certificate holder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules and procedures.
• Enforce sanitation, safety, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor materials and supplies to prevent shortages or excess.
• Maintain and calibrate production equipment for optimal use.
• Provide backup support to the Production Manager.
• Administer strict quality control measures.
• Implement cost-effective strategies to reduce waste and enhance output.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and packaging teams to ensure production aligns with demand.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across workflows.
