You will manage a team, operate automated packaging equipment, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate records and inventory. Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and with a team are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years packaging/manufacturing/inventory experience.
• Familiar with mechanical packaging equipment.
• Proficient with basic computer functions including email and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of packaging personnel.
• Operate automated packaging equipment for cannabis products.
• Set up, changeover, and clean packaging equipment per SOPs.
• Accurately weigh, portion, and package products per batch records.
• Apply labels to finished products ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain inventory logs and complete documentation.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the workspace.
