Cresco Labs is seeking a Processing Technician to operate equipment for processing harvest material and maintain quality standards. The role requires at least 1 year in a food production or similar manufacturing setting and familiarity with machine safety practices.

Responsibilities include operating trimming and sorting machines, weighing and logging materials, and ensuring sanitation between runs while supporting a flexible operation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in food production or similar manufacturing environment.
• General knowledge of machine safety and lockout/tagout practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict policies.
• Ability to measure, package and label accurately.
• Good time-management and multi-tasking skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, loud environment and handle plant material.

Responsibilities

• Process harvest material by hand and with trimming/sorting machine.
• Operate trimming and sorting equipment; ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with sorting team to maximize efficiencies.
• Weigh, log, and collect samples for quality testing.
• Clean and sanitize machines between runs; maintain sanitary environment.
• Transport products to storage and comply with quality standards.
