Cresco Labs is a leading cannabis operator seeking a Processing Technician to handle harvested material processing in a GMP-compliant environment. The role requires ability to sit, stand, and kneel for extended periods while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will grating and sorting material, weighing, logging, sampling for tests, and ensuring a sanitary work area. The position offers a daytime schedule and competitive benefits as part of a growing national company.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
• At least 1 year of experience working in food production or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Candidates must be physically able to sit, stand and kneel for periods of time exceeding 4 hours.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Grating and sorting processed material.
• Weighing and logging material.
• Collecting samples and performing tests to ensure quality.
• Maintaining a sanitary work environment.
• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area.
• Ensure inflow and outflow material meets Quality specifications.
• Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.
• Starting and stopping equipment at beginning and end-of-shift, respectively.
• Adjusting machine settings for runs and ensuring equipment functions properly.
• Monitoring inbound and outbound material to ensure quality and process standards are adhered to.
• Ensuring proper cleaning of equipment while adhering to safety specifications.
• Monitoring room conditions and informing leadership when conditions are out of specification.
• Maintaining cleaning and machine run logs and following GMP protocols including PPE.
