Cresco Labs is seeking a Processing Technician to operate equipment for processing and sorting harvest material, ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced environment. The role requires at least 1 year in food production or similar manufacturing and a strong adherence to health and safety policies.

You'll work Monday through Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, with opportunities to contribute across functions and support shifting demands.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a food production or similar manufacturing environment.
• General knowledge of machine safety and lockout/tagout practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label precisely.
• Effective time-management and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Process harvest flower material by hand and with the trimming/sorting machine.
• Operate trimming and sorting machine.
• Coordinate with sorting team to maximize efficiencies.
• Weigh and log material; collect samples and run quality tests.
• Keep machine clean and sanitized between runs; maintain sanitary environment.
• Transport products from workspace to storage area.
• Perform duties with high quality and regulatory compliance.
