Cresco Labs in Lincoln, IL is seeking a Processing Technician to operate equipment, process and sort harvest material, and maintain quality under strict health and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a food production or similar setting, can work in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 50 lbs; schedule Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00pm–11:30pm; full-time with comprehensive benefits. You will collaborate with the sorting team and ensure sanitation between runs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a food production or similar manufacturing environment.
• General knowledge of machine safety and lockout/tagout practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label accurately.
• Effective time-management and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Operate harvest processing equipment and sorting machinery.
• Maintain sanitation between runs and keep a clean work area.
• Weigh, log, and sample materials for quality checks.
• Collaborate with sorting team to maximize efficiency.
• Support multiple functions across the operation as needed.
