Job summary

Cresco Labs in Florida is seeking a Lead Processing Agent to manage harvest processing workflows in a compliant, safety-focused environment. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in food production or a similar setting and experience leading a team to meet strict quality standards.

The role involves scheduling resources, performing bulk QC, and logging daily metrics while ensuring accurate inventory and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in food production/manufacturing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel for long periods.
• Exposure to plant material possible.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resources across multiple production activities.
• Perform initial bulk QC inspection.
• Report quality issues to Quality and Facility Director.
• Maintain daily performance log and continuous improvement board.
• Monitor Dry Rooms and Cure/Processing spaces for temperature and humidity.
• Enter harvest batches into ADP/POS and inventory batches.
