Cresco Labs, operating Sunnyside® dispensaries, seeks a Lead Processing Agent in Brookville, PA. This role supports harvest processing and requires at least 1 year in a food production or similar environment, with strong attention to quality and safety policies.

The position involves scheduling, QC, and materials management in a fast-paced setting, with emphasis on accuracy and maintaining clean, compliant workspaces.

Qualifications

• Lead or people management experience preferred.
• At least 1 year in a food production or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time-management and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Must be around plant material (pollens/dust).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resources across multiple activities – deboning, sifting, grading, final trim, etc.
• Perform initial bulk QC inspection of batches.
• Report quality issues to Quality and Facility Director.
• Maintain daily performance log and continuous improvement board.
• Monitor Dry Rooms, Cure Room, and Processing space temperatures and humidity.
• Enter harvest batches into ADP/POS system and inventory properly.
